All Raleigh County Historical Society members are invited to meet at the Main County Library on Tuesday October 22, 5:30-7:00pm. Ron Hedrick, director of the Raleigh County Veterans Museum will discuss the museum’s new activities and plans for growth. He will also talk about the historical society’s planned relocation to the old State Police barracks/ radio station on Eisenhower Drive. We will explore the possibility of acquiring storage space for the RCHS archives, and perhaps a permanent headquarters office site.
